Upon reflecting on 2019, I am pleased to say my team and I accomplished our professional goals set forth over the past year. Continuous self-improvement, holding our values high, and setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time based (SMART) goals led us to multiple wins this past year:
The Inc. 500 list (#386), the Institute for Veterans & Military Families and Inc. Magazine Vet100 list (#29), the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Good Business Award, and the Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award.
We continue to grow in experience, relationships, and revenue. Additionally, we continue to serve our community, provide opportunities, and be impactful in all that we do. We look forward to the opportunities that 2020 brings.
