INSURANCE PLANS

Take care of yourself and your family by taking advantage of our healthcare plans. We offer Anthem medical, United Concordia dental, and VSP vision plans to all regular full-time employees and their families.

FSA ACCOUNTS

Allows employees to set aside part of their income before taxes to pay for childcare and non-reimbursed medical expenses.

TRICARE SUPPLEMENT

Offers military retirees the opportunity to save in their healthcare expenses. A cost-effective solution for eligible employees & dependents to manage their share of TRICARE related medical and pharmaceutical expenses.

PAID HOLIDAYS

We follow the federal schedule of ten paid holidays per year.

PAID TIME OFF

We offer PTO in lieu of traditional sick and vacation pay. PTO starts to accrue on day one of employment and is calculated according to your offer letter.

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN

Elect up to the IRS annual maximum for contribution into an account with a GCubed matching contribution up to 4% of an employee’s salary paid on a quarterly basis. 

LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE

Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance through Guardian for a nominal fee.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY

Short-term disability insurance through Companion for a nominal fee.

COLLEGE AMERICA 529 PLAN

Offers tax-advantaged savings with low fees and quality investment options from American Funds. High contribution limits allow you to invest until the account’s value reaches $500,000.
