GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity set aside contract vehicle for small businesses that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. It provides all federal defense and civilian agencies with an efficient, flexible way to order information technology services and solutions worldwide while accruing 8(a) socio-economic credit.

GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC features pre-competed, easy-to-use contracts, a low user fee of 0.0075 capped for large orders, short procurement lead time, and limited protest ability in accordance with NDAA 20XX. GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC acquisition team provides no cost training and support. GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC provides support for all current IT and new technologies which may emerge with technology advances over the life of the contract. Supported IT services and solutions include systems and applications, infrastructure, systems integration, information assurance, and related training and program management.

Directed task orders up to $4.5 million each are allowed for Federal Civilian and Department of Defense activities, and we are approved in Main Scope and Emerging Technology.

The Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supports…both classified and unclassified programs on multiple security domains. SITE III is designed to provide information technology (IT) mission support mission partners across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The SITE III contract features decentralized ordering and is designed as a flexible and responsive end-user solution with acquisition streamlining advantages. The services and capabilities supported by the SITE III contract provide responsive, flexible, adaptive, and timely solutions to satisfy current and future IT requirements.

The 10-year SITE III IDIQ provides a centralized and synchronized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control assets. SITE III facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements and technical support services to the DIA and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). SITE III also supports business process reengineering and development, performance measures and metrics, feasibility studies, IT systems architecture development and planning, research, design, engineering and development of systems, and fielding and installation of systems with capabilities developed during the design and engineering phase.

Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) Multiple Award Contract (MAC)

To provide solutions for all facets of Enterprise IT, including: telecommunications, cyber security, supply-chain management, education/training, integration and consolidation, process engineering and operation and maintenance.

The Army, DoD and other federal agencies can procure a full range of information technology, cybersecurity, and engineering services through the MAC. The period of performance for this effort is five years, plus four one-year options for a total of nine years of performance if the options are exercised.
