GCubed Supports Fort Gordon Soldiers Through Donation

GCubed is excited to share Founder & CEO Vernon Green Jr. recently made a long-lasting impact by donating brand new guidons to D Co, 5551st Signal Battalion, located in Fort Gordon, GA. A guidon is a great source of pride for a unit. Mr. Green’s donation is in line with our values and commitment to supporting those who so valiantly and selflessly serve our country. From Mr Green:
“I mentored Angel (Angel Rivera, former GCubed intern) on going into the Army and this was his Advanced Individual Training (AIT) unit. While at Ft Gordon for TechNet, I was asked to speak to the Soldiers as a prior Warrant Officer and a Veteran business owner. While addressing the soldiers, I saw the state of their guidons, a symbol of pride and respect during my days in training, were in horrible shape. Sitting with the 1SG, he explained he had made numerous request but could not get the funding to replace them. GCubed, as a proud veteran owned company stepped in to purchase the five guidons.
Mentoring our youth, particularly soldiers, on the importance of Cybersecurity to our Nation’s defense was an honor!”
